Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
My group enjoyed our short stay despite a few cleanliness issues in our cozy room. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the proximity to the subway. Explore nearby eateries for breakfast instead to avoid the hotel's offerings.

We loved exploring Hyde Park just a few minutes away! The outdoor activities were a hit with the kids, and the calm atmosphere made it easy for us to relax while enjoying a picnic with delicious snacks from local shops. We also appreciated the friendly staff during our stay.
My wife says that a mini-fridge in the room would really help keep our snacks fresh for the kids.

Couple getaway for some real time together
The thing that stood out was the lovely staff. They went out of their way to make my birthday special, even decorating our room with balloons when we returned. Plus, really enjoyed the comfortable bed after a long day.
It wasn’t inexpensive but overall very acceptable.

Delicious breakfast and fantastic location
I had a great stay in a Cozy Double with Window for 3 nights. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh croissants and a variety of vegetarian options, which I appreciated. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. The location is spot on, with easy access to subway stations and nearby attractions like the Natural History Museum. One thing to note is that the room was a bit on the small side for my liking.

great service but limited space
The attention to detail in the room setup really impressed me. There were ample hooks and a foldable chair, making the small space quite functional.
The room was rather small and could feel cramped at times.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored nearby Hyde Park for outdoor activities and found the best lunch spots with views and cocktails. The location is great for getting around, just keep in mind that you might need an Oyster card.
The air conditioning in our room wasn't the best. It got quite warm, especially sharing the space.

Good transportation links, cozy and thoughtful room designs, proximity to shops and restaurants
Room sizes are too small for comfort!!! Inconsistent cleaning services throughout stay, leading to disappointment!!! Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room felt particularly inconvenient!!!

would like to come again
The cozy double with window had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The room had a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Breakfast was the same each day, but offered fresh pastries. The location is great, just a 10 min walk to Earls Court Tube station. The area felt safe even at night.
